The Center for Glial Biology in Health, Disease and Cancer at the Virginia Tech Carilion Research Institute is pleased to host the 6th International Conference on Glial Biology in Medicine, October 14 – 16, 2018, at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center in Roanoke, Virginia. Conference themes include Glial Cell Development, What’s New with Calcium, Glia Immune Interactions, Glia/Neuron Interactions, Glia in Health and Disease. As with the past four conferences, an exceptional roster of international speakers representing the top leaders in glial research will present the most current research in the field of Glial Biology. We are fortunate to have generous underwriting for this conference such that there is NO registration fee. Participants will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodation charges. Meals will be included for all registered participants.
